Booking Us

If you’d like to hire Two Weeks Notice for a private event please review the following information. We sing for holiday events, birthday surprises, athletic event openings, serenades, private performances and various other performances in additional to scheduled concerts.
As an a cappella ensemble, there are no instruments involved in making music (not even the drums), thus we specialize in original sound and innovative in-house arrangements. This means (depending on the space/size of the event) little equipment is required, just the group and their voices.

Requirements
If you are hosting an event where Two Weeks Notice is performing, there are a few things you should know. The group requires a room to warm up 1 hour before the start of the event. They will sing in there, so make sure it’s not somewhere that will disturb arriving guests! During this time the event manager will talk to the event’s main contact person to find out where the group will perform. If a sound system is required, Two Weeks Notice may require additional set up time, if providing their own sound equipment/engineer, or utilizing on location equipment. Two Weeks Notice will also provide an invoice to the event’s host to be signed (if payment is required) and copied, returned to the event manager the day of the event. Two Weeks Notice is prepared to perform with the entire ensemble (12 to 16 members) or a small group for private performances (no less than 4). At times the space and type of event may determine the size of the performing group in conjunction with group availability.
